Can anyone tell me how to setup up off-net routing of a specific area code that comes into my switch? I have a requirement that I need to send all Florida calls to a separate center. The call volume is relatively low (less than 100 calls a day), so the impact on my call traffic is not an issue. I could possibly setup area code routing through the LD vendor of our toll-free number, but that gets pretty expensive. Since I have a switch that is capable, I would like to keep this in-house.

I have a option 11 with 25.40c software. Your help is greatly appreciated!

I forgot to mention that I have Symposium Express 3. Can this be done using the scripting mechanism?

Thanks!

The calls are coming in with 4-digit DNIS. Depending on whether I need menu prompts, I either have a CDN for that DNIS, or I create a phantom phone and DCFW to our Call Pilot for a menu of options. In this particular application, I would just like to look at the area code and send all calls with FL area codes to another center. The others would be queued to a skillset.

Thanks for your help!
