I'm afraid of these web based call accounting service companies, when I introduce them to my customers they can steal them. Should I stick with old fashioned stand alone software ?

an operating agreement that has you representing another company for a service should have protections that prevent them from contacting the customers that you introduce them to directly. they should only go thru you and that will reduce that feeling you get from sharing your customers.
