Are Vectors Licensed??

Hi Guys,
S8300 version 5.
This will be a new install. My question is, are Vectors lisensed or are they included?

In the "disp sys cust" you will see (around page 6) call center optional features. These are the options features (call center related) that you have to have turned on. Not sure what it is now, but it originally cost us $11,000 to have vectoring (basic) turned on.

different features are enabled/disabled, depending on the call center you have. Let me tell you, Call Center Elite, costs $750 or so per agent, so it depends on how many agents and what platform, you could easily be talking $25-$30K depending on the switch type/and CM load

Basic vectoring comes standard. You also get the basic call center agents but not EAS right out of the box. I just put a new system in last week and it came standard. This site doesnt even have a call center. I use the vectoring for my Rightfax and after hour call routing.
