Are there Percent and Capitalization functions?

I need to convert a decimal value to a percent value, is this possible?

I also need a function to capitalize all the leters in a textbox before it is inserted into a database.

use something like x/100 for percentage and ucase(string) for uppercase.

There is a CF_CAPITALIZE custom tag on the Allaire Developer's forum that will do things like change MIKE SHORT to Mike Short. Now if there would be one that could fix my speling mistakjes.
