I'm looking at taking 70-221 soon and I've used transcenders before, but they are just so expensive. I know there are loads of companies out there that offer downloadable practice exams. Are there any that are just about as good but a lot cheaper? I don't have $120 to shell out to study for one exam.

I personally would go for the test king's AFTER the MS study books which ARE AMAZING!!!!!
The MS book will teach you what you need to know and the TK will give you example questions to prepare you a little. Money well invested.
Unfortunately you get what you pay for! I know the TK's give the answers that MS are looking for along with explaination.
You could always try ebay?
