Are There Any Utilities Capable of Restricting Attachmnt Size On A POA

I'm having problems with staff sending large attachments from poa to poa on our domain. Most of our offices are only interconnected via 56k lines. [sig][/sig]

Unfortunately, through GroupWise version 5.5 Enhancement Pack, the only attachment size restrictions you can have is on the GWIA. I'm not sure if this will change will GroupWise millenium (a.k.a. bulletproof) or not.

Are you offices connected via MTA or are they all in one domain. It is possable to restrict size of attachments through MTA using MTASieve. the web page is here.

If you're using NAV CE for virus checking, you can use NAV gateway to not only check incoming/outgoing emails/attachments for virus' but also limit attachment size, or strip off attachments with certain suffixes (i.e. strip/disallow any attachment with a suffix of .vbs, .exe, etc) as well as disallow emails with certain keywords (disallow any email with a subject containing "xxx", etc).

So far it's working perfectly.
