I have asked here for any assistance with a Tektronix printer nearly fur weeks ago and have not heard a peep from anyone here what gives?????

Yes, there are very good senior technicians here that can, and do, help as many problems as possible. I have just returned from a 10 day vacation, so i have not seen your post.I am a service authorized tech for HP, Xerox, IBM, Lexmark, OKI, and other odd stuff. If we cant help, we will try to get you to the right info. try again!
