Are Subheadings possible?

would like to edit the standerd menu that comes in sharepoint. If I go to modify navigation I can add new headings easily enough, but what I would like to do is add a some subheadings under than and then have a document library or lists. Is that possible?

I did a bit of research and I believe that you can create a Table of Content Web part (It has to be configured as part of the Web Parts List on your server). Once you create the TOC web part you can then edit it and specify the different sub-headings. Hope this helps and let me know if it worked.
PS: I havent yet been able to implement it as the TOC Web Part is not yet configured on the server I'm working on. Soon hopefully
