Are service packs available w/o direct d/l or update?

apart from going to this link:

which is Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Network Install for IT Professionals (the whole thing)

and burning it to a CD, no place I have found on MS's site where one can "order" a CD to be shipped to them.
(unless it is seriously buried deeper then 30 minutes worth of digging)

yes, it works for win2kPRO and win2k Adv Server (which is what I use)

assume you're actively using a 2k server or have been in the last 6 months to a year and if you've invested some time researching 2k3, i have this question for you:

How do you compare 2k with 2k3 version ? security, features, etc?
