One of my major users is currently using Office XP. For political reasons he now needs to use Office 2000. Somebody has mentioned to me that there is some sort of incompatibility between the PST/OST files when down-grading to O2K. It is imperative that all the information in Outlook is transferred over. Does anyone know of any problems, please??

Don't know about OST. Had NO problem downgrading from XP to 2000--didn't even have to back up the PSTs. PSTs were fine in both. OSTs can always be recreated from the server, so I don't see the problem with them? Anne Troy
