Are online degrees worth it?

I would like to study e-Business, but I'm wondering how to go about it. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with online degrees? I'm considering doing a Bachelor in e-Business at the University of Phoenix (Online). What do you guys think?

Also, does anyone know anything about CompTia's e-Biz certification? I'm not considering it as an alternative to a degree, but just wondering if it would be good to get under my belt....
