Are Mas 90 licenses transferable?

I have a client who is thinking about buying Mas 90 (v3.7) from a company that is changing accounting programs. (The price is attractive.) Does anyone know if the server/user licenses can be transfered or is this a bad idea?

Cannot be transferred. The only way this can be done is if one company that does not use MAS buys a company that does use MAS. Then the license can be transferred to the new company. Otherwise it would not be legal.
