are fixes for apars APAR IY70222 IY77629 avaialble?

both are dated 2005-12-07 but I can't locate neither efix nor fix on official sites

I just found on FTP site (probably someone requested) efixes in locations:

and I am not sure they are right ones.

Looks a bit odd, they seem to have been closed a year ago but still no APAR available on Fix Central, that and the efixes seem to have dates of April and August this year which would indicate they are as good as it gets as of those dates, I think stuff on the EMEA FTP site only lasts for two or three months at most, so they have been re-uploaded for a customer quite recently - therefore the APARS aren't out yet.....
Have you subscribed for updates?
For available APARS the subscribe link is replaced with a download link - so I have to assume they are still not available as APARs.
