I need to find out if AVAYA contactstore calls *.wav files are encrypted on the Linux server. Our version of Contactstore is 7.3.

Thanks

Hi, You prob know this by now. They aren't unless you use an RSA Key Manager to provide data at rest encryption. The calls are stored in G.711 or G.729 format depending on hoow the CSCM is instructed to decode the audio form the Switch

Cheers
