I have used ARD 3.2 on my MacBook Pro running Leopard in the past to observe and control an Xserve on the same subnet running Leopard Server. I see the machine with the scanner (where it says it's running ARD 3.2.1), click the machine and then control and a window will pop up for the smallest amount of time and I can't possibly read it. I right-click the machine and go to "Control" and it pops up a large black screen rather than what's running on the Xserve. The Xserve is sitting at the login prompt, freshly rebooted. What should I do to get this working? Thanks!
