ARCUS Optional Fields 1

We have added 2 optional fields to our customers, what SQL would I use to display the description and value of these fields per customer ?

The optional fields for customers are stored in ARCUSO.

And the values seem to be stored here:
CSOPTFH and SCOPTFD,
I used some VBA to list all tables and fields into an EXCEL spreadsheet and did a find for the fields....
