ARCSeverIT 6.61 for NT is not responding

Hello,

We have ARCServeIT 6.61 runing on a NT4.0 server with a HP DLT AutoLoader 818 tapedrive. We rebooted the server and at the bootup process the server can't initialize the SCSI device. Every time we open ARCServe Manager, we can't go any further than the first menu screen. We can't even close it without using Ctrl-Alt-Del and End Task. Any help is very appreciated.

This sounds more like a hardware error than a software.
Check your NT Event Log for any errors.
