Hello,

I'm trying to look for the error message: "[CAT] Failed to insert detail records. (ER=Error Code=7)" but haven't got any luck. This error appeared at the end of the back up after the job summary. Please help - any info is appreciated.

Its nothing but the database has reached the maximum size..

Initalize the database.... DatabaseBaba...

If it's not too much how do you do it? And, how safe is it to do it?

1) Save all the jobs..
2) Open arcserve admin
3) click on the database engine Tab
4) Pull down Operation menu and choose Init database ...
init only ASTPSDAT and then a backup ...

It should work .. If it still fails Init all the database ...

Dont forget to restart the all the services of arcserve
