Arcseve 11.1 with Arcserve2000 Clients

Hi,

General question at this time - is Arcserve11.1 compliant with AS2K client agents?

We have a lot of servers within the infrastructure, and the backup servers are being pushed to upgrade to Win2K3 and Arcserve11.1 (as theyre moving to Active Directory).

Is it worthwhile removing the current client agent, and installing the Universal Agent?

Yep - make sure they are at SP5 level though, it touches on this in the getting started guide or release summary pdf(not release notes), I can't remember which off the top of my head.
