ArcServer Errors 1

I have managed to clear up most of my ArcServe problems thanks to this forum and its users.

However I still have a few more issues bugging me.

1. At the start of every job I get the W3073 Unable to log on as user (PRIVILEGE NOT HELD) although I set up everything in ArcServe to use the Backup service account.

2. I always get W304 Unable to open file on \exchsrvr\imcdata\queue.dat (SHARING VIOLATION) though I have managed to eliminate it on many other files but setting all ArcServe services to logon using the backup service account.

3. I always get W3406 Unable to read file (LOCK VIOLATION)on one particular user's mail.pab file even though I have got him to log off at the end of the day and shut down his mail client.

Any additional help would be most appreciated.

This seems to be a problem with access priviliges/rights that you have with your Backup.
Check the priviliges/rights of the user who is loggin on to perform the Backup operation. If the user/administrator is meant to use Arcserve to backup all files/folder regardless of their Security, the user/administrator needs to have access/privilige to them. I think that this should be your firt approach, also make sure that the user/administrator is apart of the Backup Group if you have created this group.
