Arcserver Error Messages

Hi guys - Very very inexperienced Arcserve user, I am having majpr problem trying to schedule and complete a system backup for a local company.

I am receiving two error messages -

1. E1137 Unable to get number of media from pool

2. E1103 Unable to get media list.

I am unsure what version of Arcserve the system is ruuning, but I know it is running on a HP server running Novell, also something I know very little about.

Can anyone help.

To see if it is just a problem with the media pool, setup a new custom job with no media pool to back something up.

To check the version enter the command "modules" at the server console prompt.

Hi Guys, finally solved the problem last night, I had left the Media Pool as Default instead of Backup_Dly as it was set on the tape.

All working now.

No doubt this will be the first of many questions I post here.
