ARCserver 6.5/6.6 Open File Agent Errors

NT 4 SP6, ARCserve 6.5 & 6.61 running on total of 6 Servers using Autoload Feature w/ Mammoth Backup stack.
One Server is the engine w/ Open File Agent 3.1 on ther 5 remote (in same room) machines.
Backups ran fine for months.
Each morning check ARCserve completion status "Finished Successfull." NT Event Logs clean re: Backups.

Problem:
Two days ago, ARCserve completion status "Finished Successfull." NT Event Log Error - OFA Error.
"Cannot create (Mailslot)........."
Found:ARCserve administrator account was locked, unlocked.
Talked to ARCserve Tech Support, their solution upgrade all Servers to 6.61 w/ Build 402.

Looking for any info. related to understanding problem.
