Arcserver 2000 Stop 0x00000005 error in Windows 2000

We have installed arcserver 2000 including dr, open file and sql agents on 2 of our windows 2000 servers.

When running both servers blue screen with a STOP 0x00000005 Invalid Process Attach Atempt error.

When arcserve is uninstalled both servers are fine.

Is there a patch for this or does someone know what is wrong ?
