ARCServer 2000 and Netware Agent

We are unable to restore files that have been backed up using the NetWare agent. When we restored the files we found that they are corrupt and the files names are truncated.
Has anyone come across this problem?

If we don’t use the NetWare agent we can successfully backup and restore the files.

I have found that if you back-up though the NW agent you have to restore through the NW agent or binaries become corrupt. I created a directory on my fastest back-up/restore server and use that directory to restore individual files to.
