Ok - i'be tried all over to try and find a solution for this problem and need some help.
I have a Netware server running v4.11 with ArcserveIT v6.61
Attached to this server is a TL891 library with 2 35/70 drives.
one of the drives failed and was swapped and now it will not go back into the device group.
Have moved this library over to an identicle server and both drives show in the device group. and the library on the other server only shows 1 of the drives in the group when put onto this server.
I can't do a re-install of the software as we are unable to find the installation disk and trying to use device manager from a citrix session on this box causes the GUI to hang.
