Hello,
after a name change of the admin-user the profiles and queue are no longer accessible even with root admin account.
Does somebody know what can be done ?

This was a pain to fix in the old days, either you need to find an account that still can access user profiles and use that, or uninstall/re-install. You could also try giving the [root] admin account explicit admin/supe rights to the arcserve Q and Q Server this also sometimes used to work IIRC.
