Hi all,

1st at all, sorry for my english grammar, i'm french.

all the dlt tape media used with an ArcserveIT 6 for NT are unrewritable with an Arcserve Brightstor 9.
i've erased a media to test... same problem.
the Brightstor unit manager display the media as write protected which is physicaly wrong.

if anyone knows the reason and the solution, i greatly appreciate to be informed ;-)

So ; Brightstor is updated to the last patch.
Unfortunaly, nothing has changed.

Disable the windows drivers for the tape drive.

Secondly, you say it was used previously with a DLT, are you trying to use tapes previously used in a VS80/VS160 drive in a standard DLT7000 or 8000 ?
