ArcserveIT for Windows error: E8604 Failed to start backup

I have just installed Arcserve on my NT4 server and registered it. While trying to backup exchange which is on another server(on which I install Arcserve agent for exch.)the operation failed.This is the message:

E8604 Failed to start backup. (DBNAME=dbaexch,EC=Remote procedure Call Failed)

But I noticed that the service "Backup Agent RPC Server" stopped each time I ran the backup(even if I restart it).
What can make this service stopping ?

Ensure that your backup-server that is running arcserve has the same Admin id and password ( within Arcserve, not your OS) as your Domain admin account. Hope this Helps
