Arcserve7 and NetWare 6

Can not restore files and directories to any location on the clustered volumes other than the exact location from where they were backed up. Netware 6 SP1 and Arcserve7 cumilative patch 1

These are the errors encountered

Error code 3123 failed to login to TSA
Error code 3179 no sms connection
