Arcserve2000 takes backup slowly

Hi everybody !
I have a little problem. We have windows 2000 server (IBM, RAID 5 (38 gb x 3). The problem is that we have files for backup only 25 Gb and arcserve operation take time 7 hours ! Average throughput in only about 111 Mb/min ! Tape station is HP LTO ULTRIUM (capasitet 54 gt/h). I take full backup every night. That's why iam wondering because in same time another server where is DLT-tape take 35 GB backup for average 400 mb throughput ! Please, help me.

Are you using InoculateIT as well? In not ignore this..

If so, we experienced this same problem as well.. We turned the InoculateIT/HSM to Report Only and did a Fast scan.. that helped tremendously!
