Arcserve2000 store failed: Problem Named Pipe

Hello,

I have the Problem that Arcserve can`t connect via Named Pipe to ouer remote Exchange !
We have Arcserve version 7.0 SP2 and on the Agent the same SP.
any idears ?

is there virus software running on the exchange server?

try stopping it during the backup
