Arcserve2000 not backing up image files on one server only???

Have this strange error that has just started happening, arcserve2000 wont back up image files on one of our servers, all other file types are backed up fine.

This is over both drives (c,d) and all folders.

the error in the log is EC=SHARING VIOLATION.

i know for a fact that manyof the images files arent used or accessed.

Have rebooted the server. no differance.

Any ideas please?

Windows 2000sp2 and arcserve2000

I have upgraded to arcserve sp4 and it appearsto be working ok thanks
