Arcserve2000 Hangs when drilling down to select brick level

We have W2K running Exchange 5.5. On the backup server, there is arcserve 2000 with SPK3 and everytime I try to drill down to do a brick level backup, the program hangs. I have no problem selecting the Novell file server to backup, or even the Exchange Infromation store. When we installed Arcserve 2000 it worked fine, backing up Novell and Exchange fine, then started failing, and I guess because of the reason I mentioned that we can drill down to do a brick level backup.

Any suggestions?

did you apply SP3 to the exchange agent? After you do that then apply qo06202.caz.
