Arcserve2000 Exchange backup while people in Exchange

I use Arcserve2000 and the Exchange agent to backup our Exchange 5.5 server. I usually do this during the night when no one is using Exchange. I now have need to backup the server during the day while people are using Exchange. Will this work? Will it still be a good backup? Anyone have experience with this?

Yes this will work.
If its a huge Database, oyu might have a little slowdown.

Otherwise this will work...
