Arcserve2000 Client Agent Problem!

Hello All, I am running Arcserve2000 sp3 and i am using multiple client agents (sp3) on various machines on my network. I have two particular agents that are not working properly. (Both on Windows 2000 server)
The following is the error that i get in the activity log.

Error 8522

8522 Failed to receive data from the client agent. (EC=10054).

Module:
Backup Agent

Explanation:
ASNT could not receive data because the socket could not be reset or timed out.

Error 8522:

Are you sure that there are no port problem with this server? The message is saying that during data transmission the Arceserve agent timed out and was not able to push any data top the backup server. Ping the IP address of that server with the -t parameter. Secondly in the Arcserve client agent configuration make sure and put the IP address in TCP/IP config. Let me know if any of these works.
