Arcserve11 and tape copy

I'm backing up Netware data using NWAGENTS to a windows 2003 machine with Arcserve11, then I "tapecopy" to a tape using an HP Ultrium LTO2 tape drive. When I Merge the tape to database and try to restore by session I notice folder duplications. Any idea what is going on. I have already initialized database.

try using the -a append option so the target tape has a different name
