Arcserve with W2k and SQL server 2000

Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of migrating to W2K Advanced server edition (finally we too bite the bullet) and SQL server 2000, all in a SAN environment. We are currently evaluating ArcServe 2000 and Retrospect's BackupExec as possible solutions for our backup requirements.

Does anybody have any idea of the pitfalls associated with either of these products? Any tips etc. would be really helpful.

HELLO,
I too have the exact same environment and am trying to convert the raima database to sql2000. awaiting any info from CA or TEK-Tips.

SO far TEK_TIPS always has more info than CA.
I will keep you in mind if I find any answers.
