Arcserve W3905 Skip Node or Agent error

Hello,
Running Arcserve 2000 on an NT server. When I try to backup other servers ( which are all similiar ) some work but others come back with the above error. I'm not using an agent to back - up any of them and lately some have worked on some days but not on others !!!! Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

Apologies for the obvious question, but have you applied SP3 ahd all the post-SP3 patches? You can check them out here...

If everything is up to date, have there been any username/pw changes, and/or are you using a dedicated service acct with the proper permissions for the nodes you are attempting to back up?
