I'm trying to remove Arcserve v9 from a w2k server (sp2). There is 503mb free on the C: drive. When I select Arcserv from add/remove programs, it runs for about 30-45 seconds then displays the messages:
Error 1307. Not enough free space to install C:\Config.Msi\2a0ffxxx.rdf
There is 200-250mb free on C: when this message comes up (down from 500 when uninstall is started).
The xxx varies each time an uninstall is attempted.
The server is also setup as a terminal server (which is why I want Arcserv off the machine).
Any ideas?
