Yes, this is a so much unknown bug in ARCserve and Brightstor series. In my experience told me, up to date now! Both are not support Service Pack 3 installed on Windows2000. Any if u generated a Bootable CD for DR image boot kit. May u should use the Purely Windows 2000 (without any service pack win2k CD) do create a mage file. And u must perform a full backup on the ARCserve backup agent. ¡§Fill full GREEN color ¡§ in the check box.!!!
