We have a couple of our servers running ARCserve 9 now and one of the standard things we do is configure alerting so we get a printed activity log for each server (via trouble ticket).
On the ARCserve 9 servers they seem to have changed the format a bit and the log is much harder to read as it wraps a lot more. The problem is after the date and time stamp a string of numbers is printed before the actual text. The string is: ",0,0,0,0,0,2,19,0,0" does anyone know what this is and if you can turn if off?
As an example a line on the log is:
[02/14/2003-22:30:33 ,0,0,0,0,0,0,2,19,0,0] Job Id........ 15
Because of this number string the job id (15) gets wrapped to the second line.
