Hi guys!
We recently upgraded to ArcServe v15, and I'm not sure if we have actually attempted a restore since we did. However, when I attempt to restore a session by tree, all the boxes are grey and I cannot expand them.
I have tried merging the data by tape, with no luck. I need to get this restore going, and nothing I have tried seems to make any bit of difference.
Has anyone experienced this before that could point me in the right direction?
