Arcserve Tape not responding

Hello Everyone,

We had a power shut down this morning. All our servers and backup tape loaders/magazines went down. After getting the power back up, everything seems to work, except that one of the arcserve tape loarders/magazine could not communcate with the server, it keeps saying "offline". Is there anyone who has a suggetstion to this?
