ArcServe SQL Server Agent Problem

Ran into the following problem:

"instruction referenced memory 0x025b604d could not be read"

Removed the SQL Server backup from the equation and my backup worked.

Any ideas anybody? I suspect the ArcServe agent, but am not certain.

Typed it in wrong... let's try:
