Arcserve Server Admin locks up

I'm running Arcserve 2000 SP4 on a Windows 2000 SP3 box. Backups are running smooth, yet every time I try to access the Arcserve Server Admin program, it locks up, not responding, and I have to end task. Any ideas why this program is locking up?
