ArcServe Server 9.0 with 11.5 Agent

We are currently running ArcServe Server 9.0. And one of our server is running Windows 2003 64 bit with ArcServe client 11.5. We are getting a E8524 error but we don't know if this cause but the fact that they are not on the same version?

I've used 11.5 with v9 agents but not your way. I would think that it would cause an issue. but thats just my 2 cents

Like hemps37 mentions: you can use BAB 11.5Base with v9 agents but not the other way around. Upgrade your base product to 11.5Sp2
