Arcserve scripts

Hi Folks,

I'm running Arcserve 2000 (SP4) on my Exchange server (Win2k, ex2k) and everytime I go to modify a job, or create a new one the script will not save. The security dialogue box pops up and everything looks rosey, then the egg timer appears and within about 5 minutes arcserve shuts down without saving.

Any clues?
