Arcserve Restore

I've recently taken by bosses position. He installed arcserve 2000. It crashes all the time. I hate it. Any advice on how to restore. I try to restore by tree, but it keeps telling "Cannot submit RUN NOW job due to unavailable group or backup device(s)."

I also have a DLT 7 tape library. I haven't removed the tapes. I can't figure out why it won't restore.

I think i figured it out. The tapes were just jammed inside the library. I got them unstuck and now its working.

Duhh!!!!
