arcserve reporting issue?

hi everyone
i have an issue with arcserve , for some reason the reporting service is "not reporting" so to speak
any body have any ideas?
Another issue is the back up scheduling, i have scheduled the backup for incremental during the beginning of the week
mon. through thurs. and a full backup for friday,however it fails on the full backup?
why?

We also perform incremental backup M-T and full on Friday. When you says it fails what exactly does it do? How is your configuration set up? Are all your tapes in the same config, scheme etc,,?

We are using a GFS Rotation. We also have only one tape at the moment since we want to learn first how to ue the software before we go through the expense of the tapes.
Looking at the log from 5/22:
121 e4106 Unable to add job record. (EC**available disk space bellow minimun threshold [-900]
There is much more in the log but we think this is a good start to our problem.
