Arcserve Raid

I am relaively new to Arcserve and I am trying to setup a Tape raid 1 configuration using Arcserve 2000 on a Dell PV136T autoloader with two drives. I have installed the autoloader and raid option. Arcserve can see the autoloader and I can run a normal backup. however when I try to configure the raid option and run a backup I get the following message "Please mount any media" does anyone have a step by step guide on how to configure a raid 1 solution in Arcserve 2000

Did you get any response to this? I am having the same problem with a PV132T LTO dual-headed autoloader.

Its so long ago I can hardly remember, I think I fixed it by doing a long erase on the tapes and then they became available - a quick erase does not work
